Standards of Service
At Efficient Farming Tool Spty ltd, our mission is to supply excellent quality equipment at all budgets. To enable this, we supply equipment in the following standards:
As Seen
The tractor will be checked to make sure that it will start, drive and the rear hydraulics will raise and lower. The tractor will be fully cleaned. No further checks or testing will be undertaken. This “As seen Condition” may require further repairs/servicing before it can be successfully used in the field.
SILVER STANDARD
The Silver Standard is our most popular selling tractor. This involves a 70+ hour
remanufacturing process and this is carried out to the following standard:
- Check and service the front axle, using new parts where required.
- Rebuild engine with new pistons, rings, liners, gaskets, reconditioned cylinder head.
- Rebuild clutch assembly.
- Check and service gearbox and replace parts where required.
- Rebuild hydraulic pump.
- Check and service brakes fitting new parts as required.
- Rebuild hydraulic linkage.
- Shot blast and resprayed.
- Fit new wiring loom, clocks and gauges, new starter and dynamo also fitted.
- New tyres fitted all round.
- Dyno test. This checks the engine and PTO performance and power.
- Hydraulic lift test. This will test the power of the hydraulic system.
- Road test. This tests the steering, brakes and gears.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our remanufactured tractors.
Field Ready
The tractor will enter our workshops where the following major systems will be checked to make sure that they are fully operational:
- Front Axle
- Engine
- Steering
- Clutch
- Gearbox
- Hydraulic lift
- Brakes
- PTO
- Electric system
The tractor will then undergo the following checks which will ensure that they are ready to take straight to the field:
- Dyno test. This checks the engine and PTO performance and power.
- Hydraulic lift test. This will test the power of the hydraulic system.
- Road test. This tests the steering, brakes and gears.
GOLD STANDARD
Our Gold Standard option is a bespoke rebuild aimed for the tractor collector
market. In order for us to be able to give you a quotation, we will require detailed information on how you would like the tractor to be remanufactured.
